Here is our last week's post. We spent all weekend in KC for a baseball tournament so I must admit, I didn't get my blog done on time!
Last week was full of fun. We have a visit from a singing group called, "The Mother Singers". We earned enough dojo points for a tech day, we created monarch butterflies out of coffee filters to hang in our hallway, and we went to maker's space on Friday with Mrs. Fitch!
Learning Goals from last week:
Reading: Predicting using clues in the words
Writing: Writing non-fiction books with a beginning, middle and end.
Phonics: Spelling with digraphs - sh, ch, th, ck, wh
Math: Decomposing numbers into tens and ones
Science: Understanding Living and Non-Living
Our Week in Pictures. Enjoy!
