It was such a nice day that we were inspired to do a little photo shoot.  They turned out pretty darn cute.

I love these kids.  I can't believe I'm going to have to let them go soon...

We had a busy week!  With clipboards and the planetarium all kinds of fun was had.  In this week's newsletter, there is information about tie dye.  We brave teachers will be tie dyeing with the kindergartners.  We plan to have them ready to wear on the last day of school for our kindergarten program.  Please see the newsletter for more information.  I found some darling pictures from a few weeks ago.  Our third grade incubated eggs and hatched chicks.  They were kind enough to share them with us during choice time one day so we could see them.  They were pretty cute!

Here are our learning objectives for the week:
Reading:  ed, ending,
Writing:  Opinion writing:  Adding more, using the word wall to help you spell words
Math:  Understanding addition and subtraction, ordering non-consecutive numbers
Science:  Space
 Planetarium

We made solar system headbands to share our learning.

Clipboards for Kohfeldt!

Writing letters to the kindergartners to put on our clipboards.

Ordering non-consecutive numbers.

Having Popsicles with our third grade buddies to celebrate them finishing the map test!

Making our own constellations.

Things to remember:
